Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 working days
  • Next Day Delivery: Order before 10pm
  • Saturday Delivery: Available for weekend arrivals

Delivery Costs
Standard Delivery: £4.95 – FREE on orders over £150
Express Delivery: £9.95
Next Day Delivery: £14.95
Saturday Delivery: £19.95

International Delivery
We deliver to over 100 countries worldwide. International delivery costs and times vary depending on the destination. All customs charges and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time by logging into your account on futureclassically.com.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery:

  • Check your tracking information first
  • Contact your local delivery office
  • Check with neighbors
  • Look for delivery attempt cards
  • Contact us through futureclassically.com

Failed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the delivery:

  • A card will be left with instructions
  • The package will be taken to your local depot
  • You will have 10 working days to collect
  • After this period, the package will be returned to us

Multiple Item Orders
Items from the same order may be delivered separately if they are coming from different warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each delivery.

Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately through futureclassically.com. We can only modify addresses before orders have been dispatched.

Delivery Times
Most deliveries occur between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday. Some carriers may deliver outside these hours for express services.

Signature Required
All deliveries require a signature. If you won’t be home, we recommend:

  • Having your package delivered to your workplace
  • Using our “Leave with Neighbor” service
  • Choosing delivery to a local collection point

International Customs
For international orders:

  • Customs fees are not included in our prices
  • These are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance

Click & Collect
Currently we do not offer click and collect services. All orders are delivered directly to your chosen address.

Holiday Periods
During busy holiday periods:

  • Order early to avoid disappointment
  • Check our cut-off dates on futureclassically.com
  • Consider express delivery for last-minute gifts

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery if possible
  • Take photos of the damage
  • Contact us within 24 hours
  • We will arrange a replacement

Missing Items
If items are missing from your delivery:

  • Check all packaging thoroughly
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide your order number
  • We will investigate immediately

Delivery Restrictions
Some locations may have delivery restrictions:

  • Remote areas may have longer delivery times
  • Some countries have product restrictions

Returns Collection
We offer a returns collection service for a fee of £5.95. This can be arranged through your account on futureclassically.com.
