Returns Period
We offer a 28-day returns period from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

- Royal Mail Post Office returns (free)
- ParcelShop collection (£2.95)
- Home collection (£5.95)
- International returns (costs vary)
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet these conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- All original tags and labels attached
- Original packaging included
- Hygiene seals intact where applicable
- Proof of purchase provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Face masks and intimate apparel
- Customized or personalized items
- Earrings for hygiene reasons
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Gift cards and e-vouchers
Return Process
To start your return:
- Log into your account on futureclassically.com
- Go to ‘Order History’
- Select ‘Return Items’
- Choose your return method
- Print your returns label
- Package items securely
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation
- Store credit is available for faster processing
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the fault
- We cover return shipping costs
- Choose replacement or full refund
International Returns
For international customers:
- Return within 28 days of delivery
- Use tracked and signed shipping
- Include customs documentation

Size Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To change size:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order for the correct size
- Contact us to match the transactions
Return Status

- The tracking number provided
- Email notifications at each stage
Late Returns
Returns after 28 days may be:
- Accepted as store credit only
- Subject to a restocking fee
- Refused and returned to sender
Damaged Returns

- Animal hair or odors
- Missing tags or labels
Holiday Returns
Items purchased between November 1st and December 24th may be returned until January 31st of the following year.

Gift Returns
Items received as gifts can be returned for:
